Joseph Hanna jr , admitted to practice law in 1963, has served as a senior partner in law firms since 1969 in the Portland, Oregon- and since 1987 the law firm of Hanna Strader P.C. He specializes in tax law and has represented a variety of corporate and individual tax-dispute clients in Federal Courts and the United States Tax Court. Beyond domestic and international tax and estate planning, Joseph Hanna's services include will and trust planning, probate issues, corporation tax and partnership/LLC matters.
Mr. Hanna has testified as a tax expert before both the Oregon Legislative Tax Committees and the United States Congress. For 20 consecutive years, he has been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" in Trusts and Estates .
When he is not working, Mr. Hanna enjoys playing tennis, fly-fishing, photography, and building HO- and N-gauge model trains. In addition to legal articles published , He has has published many Tax articles and lectured frequently on federal tax matters .
